What we do

After an initial contact and information exchange, JvW will try to find out what you want to achieve, what you do, where it got you and if we can help you find a shortcut to your goal.

• This initial reconnaissance phase will allow to establish strategic situation awareness and has to demonstrate motivation and room for improvement.

• Leadership involvement is of the utmost importance.

• This first phase will be free of charge, if any of the parties involved come to the conclusion that JvW cannot help.

If both parties agree to proceed, a phased approach will allow JvW to understand your strategy, know your modus operandi, assess your governance and practices, evaluate risks, results and outcome.

This will put JvW in a position to advise on strategy and operations and assist your team with innovative and alternative ways to find a shortcut to your strategic objectives.

A partial effort can be tailored to your needs or expectations: Some phases can or might have been done in house. Or can perhaps be done together with “in house” potential. More on this phased approach in method
